The problem is that once you pass level 3 hero you get around 45 points per bump. Conversely, one death can cost you 1500 points. Looks like the Lock system has changed. I went to install a lock this morning and it required a lot more stuff.

Is there any word on if the level 4 blueprints will have spawns added, say as random mission spawns, so that single players have a reasonable shot at getting what clearly is a single player reward?

I just want as a single player access to the blueprints. It's understandable that the fortress plans are at Sec B as that is clearly a group goal, but the mansion is clearly a single player goal so it makes no sense for it to only be found there. Before anyone claims that "you can do Sec B solo...

I was very dismayed to find out that Sector B is the only place the level 4 blueprint spawns. I have to ask how are lone wolf or very small group players supposed to gain access to that? It's meant as a single player level 4 mansion, correct? Why put the blueprint out of reach to the single players?...

Still no luck finding a blueprint at missions or the trader. Obviously, it's not at Sector B as that would defeat the purpose of a single person mansion if you could only get the blueprint at a location that requires more than one player.
