I can personally confirm that it is deffinatley not 22500 for lvl 4 hero it is 25000. I don't know if this is the same for bandits but once I reached 25k I was lvl 4.

I would just like to point this out but the MK17 Sniper SD is actually available and lootable inDayZ Origins Mod it can be found at the NATO base North of Vladmir. This gun is in my opinion incredibly rare which is probably why almost everyone thinks it is scripted in.

I'll tell u right now me and my group used to play on US001 which I believe u are established on and we tried to build Strongholds in random spots aswell, however the spot u are choosing is one that isn't possible due to the Fuel tanks as u said.....I will tell u what works however is the new comple...
