I think the poll is because a few people have ask for it. If you were active in the server, you would know. I still vote for no and do not understand what are the benefits of a wipe, except to reduce lag. I think is very unlikely the update will require a wipe.

Maybe something like a fire tower, which needs wood to light it up. Sounds like it would make the server lag but I would love to see it.

I have never experience this issue in a low populated server, so, I will assume this issue is only in servers with a lot of players. From my experience, the delay has been drastically reduced since they introduce the new death screen. In the past few days, I have not experience this issue in INT005 ...

I have seen it happen with:

Explorer, Mega, and Coyote.

and using the skins

level 2 bandit, 3 bandit , and ghillies, (Only skins that do not show the bagpack ingame)

This happens even if you just go to the lobby and log back in.
