Cannot repair or refuel while swimming. Tried it on a Wheeled Titanic.

Same here.
I keep getting the same error randomly beginning yesterday on two of my computers.
Did no new installation of stuff what so ever.
Would really hope to hear if anyone has any idea of what's going on.
Lost many choppers and cannot take any more risk to fly for now.

Since we are now required to complete the animation cycle in order to refuel, has anyone had any luck refueling a watercraft while swimming?
This is especially game breaking as, in my knowledge, the refuel option for the small raft only shows up while swimming.

I just found out I could actually destroy the fence. I had to stand very close to it, like kissing it.

That is indeed the case.
In the past I could just use the scroll menu to destroy it, but now it gives no such options.

I would also like to see the ability of adding heat packs to the medical kit.
The heat pack is like the antibiotics. They're seen everywhere but never get picked up.
And you usually don't have them when you need them
