The ideal is a mixed bag...every 4 hours have a mix up if possible

Found a small raft that I locked in Novi over a week ago still locked today...havent been to Novi for over a week...this is just wrong....I voted to get rid of the lock system but if it remains it needs to be modified. EG....change the lock period to 48 hours. If the boat/car/chopper is not unlocked...

I'm hesitant ...but I voted whitelist...but I would change my mind quick if there was an alternative that seemed reasonable.

I liked the idea of the lock system at first but now as I write...my boat now being locked by my house ironically...I vote for the lock system to be turned off. The excitement of stealing a chopper...a boat...a car and speeding away with all the stuff that a group has spent hours looting is now gone...

A new dock at seven with 3 warehouses would be excellent....guys would go to seven then and the area would draw house builds

..maybe guys could bring some of the millions of boats back from Novistrana as they try to get back to the mainland with some of the gear they looted....Novistrana is where almost all the boats end up..guys don't make it back and neither do the boats

The thought crossed my mind that a halo parachute entry into the game for selecting the random spawn choice would be an interesting feature to add with even the possibility of parachuting into Novistrana...say a 20 percent chance...the parachute does make you a target but the feature adds a cool ele...
