That's an ARMA issue, just a delay. If you headshot someone just wait a couple seconds and they will drop.

I haven't see it rain on int005 and I'm about 40ish hours into that server, is there a reason for this?

VSS Vintorez rounds do not match zeroing on the scope, for example you aim to kill someone at 800 and the rounds might drop off around 400-500m
