Origins 1.7.9 Changelog

Dear Players,
After all this time we are ready to present to you the long awaited update Origins Mod 1.7.9 Thank you very much for being with us all this time and supporting us!

Origins Mod 1.7.9 will appear in DayZ Commander and Play with Six soon.

New:
- Added posibility to lock vehicles (Admin Customisability - Either only in the trader or anywhere)
- Added 37 new stencils (For air vehicles too)
- Added a new barter system
- Added 4 new watchtowers
- Added upgrade for dirt fence
- Added new weight system
- Added new areas
- Added new spawn points for vehicles
- Added M2 gun to Land Rover MG
- Added new types of damaged vehicles
- Added new hints with amount of materials needed to build objects and customise vehicles (dialog window in the top right corner)

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed Land Rover model for painting
- Fixed exit sound for Land Rover
- Fixed graphic bugs for Uzi SD
- Fixed a lot of bugs for Taviana
- Fixed bug with slots in backpacks
- Fixed discolorations of the screen, it starts only with low blood

Gameplay Changes, Balances and improvements:

- Redesigned map
- Optimized all big cities
- Optimized landscape
- Optimized most of the buildings
- Optimized some types of trees
- Deleted grass, which lowers fps
- Deleted most of trash on the roads
- Optimized most components of server and client parts

Hi guys,

Do you know when can we upgrade the server version?

And what about our client being able to update via DayZ Commander?

hello,i wanna say thanks for everyone who worked on this,ORIGINS IS ALIVE more than ever, the server where i play,already is already in 1.7.9,i downloaded and istalled but,when i join arma 2 screen comes up,any solution?

don't wanna complain, but... about the tanker exchange. My heli disappeared after restart, and I almost broke my legs near that girl, who sells medical stuff :(

I wonder how to trade there when you're alone. If you fly there, helicopter gets stolen. If you swim on a boat there, boat gets stolen. Even if you desperate enough to swim from the island, you'll be killed by snipers, cause after 430m, you can get killed. :cry:

Admins can enable safe zone there. Or anyone that takes a shot gets knocked out. You can also lock your vehicles so they don't get stolen.

Trader has all blueprints except the one I need. Is it scripted that way?

Is the loot traders have available dynamic? One time I was able to get there, there was almost all building material available except for screws...
