So are you able to combine a bloodbag with antibiotics because i have both and am trying to cure blood infections. I am a noob to this mod so i dont know how it works.

You will not be able to do this until you get your medic skill up. Antibiotics with blood is 2.1 or 2.2 I believe. Basically a blood infection is a death sentence until you can do this as the bloodbags are not on trader island. You do get some out of Ivans lab and on Sect B though.
