You need 2 reinforced materials, 2 cement bags, 2 long planks, 1 screw, and im not sure if you also need to have a old saw, old hammer and old pliers, since im not the one upgrading our fences i don't really know

You need 2 RMs, 2 Cement Bags, 1 screw, 3 long planks per fence.
The tools needed are old hammer, old pliers and old saw.

The owner of the fence will have the option to upgrade. Remember that the inside of the fence will be on the builder side. So be carefull.
