Run into it with a car and both will blow up, or fly a plane/heli into it.

Unlock it, get in and drive it to the sector.

You need between 2-4 HE grenades from the AK GP or M203 Launcher. Just another option.

It will, Ive done it. Takes a loot of bullets but will will blow up.

Crash a car heli or plane into it.
Unless its been fixed i have been unable to do it any other way.
Will try and make a video showing this if i have time.
Or if all the I have done it people can post a video showing the lock and then shooting it that would be appreciated.

Yesterday I blew up a chopper with a PKM. Took a loot of bullets. But it worked.
