You were Kicked - Signature Check Timed Out (Friend)

So I know how to download the game correctly and all, I've done it plenty of times. My friend has a problem where within 3 minutes he gets kicked for the reason stated above: Signature Check Timed Out. Now there is a weird part to this, if he stands there and doesn't move, he can sometimes sit there and not get kicked for hours, but as soon as he starts to move within 3 minutes he gets kicked. I have tried a lot of things such as reinstalling the mods, including the registry, reinstalled BattleEye, and a few different little things I can't think of. I've spent way too long trying to fix it. I need answers please
