Unbind key for commanding mode on screen, can't remove

Ok this is my first time playing Origins for a long time. When I login to any server I get a message telling me to unbind the key for 'commanding mode'. I have done this and still get the error. I can't play because the screen is black. Any ideas how to fix this?

Same problem here. Sometimes asking me to deleted TURBO key, sometimes COMMANDING MODE and sometimes both - depends what server I try to join. I check and is deleted allready. Dont understand why its asking me to deleted that any way ?!?!
