I believe i'm a level 4 bandit. i have -30k humanity but i have the same skin that i got at level 3. i have died,changed with ghillies,loged out and yet my skin never changes. i thought like 7 new skins for lvl 4 in 1.7.9.5. What am i doing wrong? does gender matter on the character?

anyone have a answer? or screenshots of the lvl 4 skins, I can't seem to find any searching the internet
