Lagspikes/Stutters while scoping/zooming in

Hello,

me and some friends noted that using scoped weapons like DMR, M24, SVD, or just zoom with rightclick causes heavy stuttering when scoping/zooming in. (especially in big cities like sabina, lypestok,..)

I never had this problem in 2 years of originsmod, but for a few month now i got this stuttering on 70% of all zooming/scoping situations, which makes pvp almost not enjoyable.

I doubt that its caused by our PCs since many ppl have this problem, both highend PC and "average" PC. And everyone i know, havent had this problem last year e.g.
I use Nvidia Shadowplay (shadowmode) all the time, i already tried to lower the recording settings, and turned it completly off, but the problem still exists.

We also tried different video settings.

Everything outside of zooming/scoping is fine.

Here is a videoclip, to show the stuttering.

Anyone else noticed this or has a solution, any tipps?

Thx!

I don't have this at all

What are your GFX settings set to, and most important, video memory must be on "default" settings.

Video memory is set on Default.

Textures: normal
AF: very high
AA: off
terrain and objekt: very low
FXAA: Sharpfilter
postprocessing: off
100% resolution

As i said, we tried different settings, but doenst help.

Shucks man
Checked again and I don't have it
Even with all settings on high (I just have the usual lower framerate then when not zoomed and zoomed)

I do however, out of habit, check my local game cache through Steam almost weekly (I also have the PMC and BAF downloadable content installed) and check my Origins files through the launcher.

Does this happen on all servers too?

Hope another here can shed some more light on this!
