Can't get into the server
I've been playing fine for about 3 weeks now no problems and then last night me and a bunch of friends hopped on and started playing we ran into some guys killed them all then we ran into the same guys a second time well this time they killed all of us except me i decided to run away because i had quite a bit of gear on me i didnt want to lose and it was pretty late at night so as soon as i got far enough away i logged out and got off the game. One of my friends was still on the server and they told him they were going to get me banned for combat logging even though i ran off and left im not sure if i got banned or what but i cannot get into the game today it gets past the first loading screen and then when it usually loads the cloud save or whatever it dosent do anything it just sits there and dosent move. we play on the server US001

They say we must change modem/router settings but i have router from operator whitout option to selective set ports. Now i cant get in.
