Admin Teleport function buggy?

Hello,

i tried the F7 Admin teleport today with a vehicle with another player inside. For my character and the char teleporting works fine. But the other players keeps bug-teleporting inbetween the two points. Sometimes it works and he is teleported with me other times it doesnt work at all. Any chance to fix this or implement a feature to teleport any player on my server whereever i want him aswell?
