Hello,
that guns spawn on military base in Vladimir ? I never got it...

They also spawn at sector b :-)

Do some missions and you will got a plenty of them. Specially: NPP convoy (Mk17 sniper), Ambush, Backstab sniper...

I was find them many times in Vladmir just keep looking. Sometimes its take fev hours.
