Hi,

we found a bug, where backpacks disappear, when you want to take them from gears, for example helicopters or gravecrosses. Its very annoying, because we already lost several good backpacks (Adventurer, Explorer...).
Does somebody else also has this problem? It would be very good, if this bug could be fixed

We are aware of this bug, but are having trouble finding the cause, as it can't be reproduced so easily. We need exact details when this happens, like ping, type of car/backpack, etc.

If it's some what related I did have a map disappear. A friend dropped it and at the same time I picked it up, I pressed M for map. Some like static shows real quick with the black screen then back to the game screen and my map was gone.
