Inability to build in a certain place

[AWPocalypse]

On the towers behind the Mitrovice Fire Station we are unable to build. The coordinates are (top) 041, (side) 184 roughly. I think it is due to the red prop car on the road but I'm not too sure. I have a screenshot of where it is because you can build on the ones to the sides of these 2 towers that will be circled in the screenshot. Thank you for your help and hopefully you guys can fix this.
