Nested House lev.2 BUG

Wheen I start build me nest house lev 2 it was build on ground where crane was placed.
I was build nested house fev times and that never happend to me before.

ive seen this before, but with a lvl 3 nested.
lvl1 and lvl2 were located correctly at the pole
but as they started building lvl 3 it appeared a few meters away on the ground.

if i remember correctly there was no way to fix it, the admin deleted the nested

but this was some time ago, maybe there is a way to fix this now...
