-Stop the server.
-Go to all config files and make sure the passwords match.
-Run the create guard user script
-wait 10 mins for sync

That will most likely fix it.
Thanks man
Will try this and report back

Shut down server
Went through all config files and made the passwords the same (Server password is set to none as I don't want a password to join the server)
Ran the Change Origins Guard script and made the password the same as in the config files.
Started server
Waited 15 minutes
Logged in to Origins Guard
Still can not connect to my server to view player list

----
Players currently on-line:
Connection error (37.187.137.216:8632, Pass:********) (get players list)
----

What does Origins Guard connect to? The actual server instance or the BEC instance?

I think it connects as a RCon client (like DarT). That's why you can kick/ban players.

If that is the case, then the server hosting Origins Guard, does not have access out to my game server.
This must please be looked at by the Origins Guard devs. There must be logs on their side that can indicate why this connection is not happening.
My DarT works fine, so I am in no rush to have it fixed, but some people do want to use it (As per OP's post) and I would like all aspects of Origins Guard to work 100% :-)
