Little Hotfix pls

Hello please make a little Hotfix for the Skillsystem. Make all three Level 1.0 Books of Medic readable to same Time. The same please for the 2.0 and 3.0 three Books. And please make it to for the Mechanic Books 3.0. The Time of the Mod go to End and give us a little Gift for the waiting Time for Pandamic. Thank you
