Clan Houses

My english is shit XD.

We would wish a clan house as a house that is individually creatable. From 2 of 3 people.
Can build an entrance with a vestibule and then each private room (lockable bar), Community Garage, removable floors.
Just as in most zombifilmen a house the man may use as a clan and can accommodate new and must not have fear in the new clan steal everything.
Stronghold is too big and everyone has access to everything. No own stuff.

I think a smaller kind of stronghold, with private rooms would be a cool idea!
