Please make the requirements to unpack and pack the same. I think I probably lost my bike because although I could UNPACK it (screwdriver set), I discovered I could not repack it (requires OLD HAMMER - I didn't have this, they seem super rare on the server I play on)

Old Hammers are fairly easy to find at the industrial buildings and truck buildings.
