Bounty Hunter

Here is the idea.
1. New Person at the trader, the "Bounty Hunter".
2. A person can PAY to have someone put on a HIT list.
a. Cost is different for each level of the player that is having a hit placed on them.Level 1 low, level 2 more, level 3 higher
b. Other people can ADD more items to the Bounty.
c. There is a time limit on the Bounty (say 4 or 5 days)
3. This is FOR other players to kill the person with a Bounty NOT AI
4. When this person is killed (by any player) they are told they have won the bounty and go to the trader to get the Loot.
5. Maybe limit the number of times I person can have a bounty on them per week/month (that way someone doesn't always have a bounty on them)
6. When you are killed it tells you WHO put the bounty on you, revenge is sweet!
7. You have to go to the trader to place and/or check on which players have a Bounty on them.
