trader city? best items to trade

i was wondering what are the best items to trade at the barter island? ya know like getting the most bang for your buck lol
Please let me know so i know what to grab when doing loot runs.

DMR magazines are amazing, but ofc hard to find..

the VH20 is a very good one to find and trade

well i was looking more for items that can be found alot easier but can be sold for alot as well

binoculars are quite okay.. easy to find in shops+normal houses.

M240 mags,
M249 mags,
STANAG not bad,
cranes,
stencils are crap for selling back,
cermet plates, why would you trade these back haha,
anything hard to find is going to valuable as expected.

I have found clips sell for around the same amount as guns, making clips alot better due to the amount you can carry. Martrin Barracks for an hour turned up enough guns and ammo to fill my heli ( do not forget your smoke:). Any sniper ammo trades in very well, so we sell all ours SVD crap. IMO want to get alots to trade, do missions, no funner way to get lots of loot to tade and even a few things to keep. If you like running around in circles throw a lockbox at Martin and keep farming the mags and only keep the better guns, most gun that have no scope are not worth your time.
