Large garage needed to build level 4 house ?

Yea, so do we have to complete a large garage before we can build the level 4 mansion ? Or do we just need to complete the level 3 house.

Thanks for all the work you guys have been doing on the mod by the way!

No, you can build it directly after the Level 3 House.
