Question about Nest vs. House

Currently have a L1 hero on my server I play on. But I have just about everything for a L1 electro nest and I intend on getting the rest tonight.

My debate here is that is it worthwhile to continue the nest and have my buddies make normal houses, or go for a standard house?

Also another, can you make a nest and then a mansion? I may make a mansion to compensate for the loss of normal houses.

nest level 1+2+3+ mansion its going.

YOu must destroy yours level 1 house to biuld e-next 1.
