Do not have problems with that often, you can usually just vault over them. Dr ivan's lab is so glitched, you will glitch through the stairs 9/10 times when you go there and you end up falling below the lab with legs broken . Also dr ivan's lab doesn't even have good guns anymore, it used to have PKPs and DMRs at one point, now it has like ak74s and akms that you can find easily from a firestation or police station.
