Origins Guard , custom mission maker?

now i was wondering since we cannot have full ftp access to the server files , is there any way that we could have a custom mission maker on the origins guard?

like it will have the following options:

AI Guards : minimum of 5 - 20?
AI Vehicle spawn type : SUV , pkm_pickup?
AI vehicle guards : 2-3
where on the map? north island , south island or west island?

now it should be pre made random missions so that we can choose the amount of guards , if there is any vehicles that come as back up and where abouts on the map it should be?
maybe we could select if it was a guard mission where we have to protect the civilian or maybe escort the civilian , im not sure.

Please feel free to discuses below , this is a idea for pve servers of course but i guess pvp servers could have the option as well.
