Done sector a lot and some times we can't find the mayor at all does anyone actually know all the spawns for him?

I don't think he is a guaranteed spawn to begin with.

For us,

Hotel,
Green building next to hotel,
Church,
Super market,
in behind the concrete bunkers in the middle of the big yellow building,
the flats next to the mayors building and the school.

Thats all the places we have found him, he also free roams sometimes

Yeah we was just checking we knew a lot of the spawns just wanted to see if anyone knew any we didn't

Spots I've encountered the Mayor...

-Hotel (random floor)
-ATC Tower
-Apartments between police station and supermarket
-Supermarket
-Church

An admin on the Bartertown server encountered him in the school once.
