the flying fortress reappears after being destroyed by a kamikaze ?

In saw the flying fortress being destroyed by a plane and after the restart it was in the same place as if nothing had happened.

How do I order the monitoring of players suspected of using hacks ?

FF usually "reappears" after rollback. Or if you talking about laned FF - all simple: locked "reappears" unlocked spawns on usuall place.

It was not done rollback. FF appeared fully repaired and exactly in the same place, within an enemy base, this is normal?
