You just need to find and read the mechanic books. You can find them for example in school, office buildings etc.
The sector B is is impossible 100 %

Hi Phildar, have a read on the forums, answers to your questions are there.
Sector B is possible, the skills do take a while but its worth looking through the schools for the books.
The health issue - dont get hit. Get the medic books and improve your skills.

Yes, got my first set of Sector B kills last night. I usually go along as a spotter and never get any kills but went on a little spree last night as a training session. Didnt complete it but compared to the five runs or so before 1.8, it definitely is a lot harder now. The three times Ive been since 1.8, the guards change position each time, and different buildings have spawned too - making it a lot more challenging, and fun IMHO.
Sector B shouldnt be a walk in the park, it should be like other end game/raids from other MMORGs etc - if it was easy for everyone to solo then it isnt working.
Just be a bit more patient and take more care - you will get there sooner or later.
