When i try to download 1.8 from the launcher it starts to download then just stops dead and dosent do anything. Dose anyone know how to fix this please help me !?!?!

Are you both using Origins launcher?

The download takes quite a while.

Im trying to remember from memory as I am at work but from what I remember, you can select a tab that shows how much you have downloaded... and there is the version number at the top of the launcher program. This should say 1.8 once it is updated.

Try verifying your game files via Steam and then try origins launcher again (dont use Dayz launcher).

Let me know how it works and Ill check it again later tonight.
