At 3.2 - what percentage can you install an engine to? For example, if you put a yellow engine in, do you get 50%?

After reading 3.1 I was able to use yellow parts (with mechanics toolkit) to repair the heli to a flyable state. But some (Merlin for example) still leak fuel.

Im more concerned with the percentage of the engine. My merlin is currently 4% engine but I am going to try and get to 3.1 mechanic in the next week or so and try installing a new engine. Roughly what percent would a yellow engine be once installed?

Thomas,
At 3.1 with a yellow engine it should get you somewhere between 35-40% from my experience.

Pali, you CAN get a Chopper flying before 3.1. You have to be very lucky and using ideally an all green part.
Research in 3.1-3.3 will only make things easier, not actually possible.

didnt tryed but after 3.1 using red parts only rear rotor need atleast to be orange and u can fly, with autohover u spining around a litle bit too bad that need to finish 3.1 and then u can read 3.2 and 3.3 ... waste of parts;/

Does anyone know how many bandages/painkillers are needed to progress? I have now used circa 30 bandages (over long period of time) and have progressed a tiny amount on the bar.
Thanks
