Finished mechanics 3.3 still can't repair to 100%...

So after all that grinding on farming for parts and books, reading books and repairing vehicles and before I completed medical 1.1 I was able to repair a heli completely except for main rotor and engine, which repaired to about 90%. Now that I have started Medical 2.1, when I repair a heli with all green parts, it only repairs to between 65% and 79%. Ground vehicles aren't getting fixed 100% (or even close to that) either. So what's the deal with these skills?

use mechanic toolkit it will fix to 100%

It can be found where you have a good chance of finding other car tools. It makes any repairs you do better.

ishootpaint have you actually seen one of these? I have seen no less than 40 screwdriver sets/wrenches and I have never seen this item anywhere.Can you confirm?

best spawn is farm 2floors and blue garages for mechanic toolkits...

I have found a few of them. They are by far the hardest to find mechanic tool.

Okay, so the Mechanics Tool Kit is a must for repairing to at least 90% on everything? That's good to know. Thanks.

BTW, I've found a couple in the small brown barns.

Regarding the mechanic toolkit... 2floors ( ? ), blue garages ( the big ones with blue doors ? ) and small brown barns ( Wood or concrete? ) . Can someone specify pls ?
Not been looking for it so now that I`m gonna, I expect to find zero

As admin you can add toolbox in gear. Is this the one or is it just left from last patch?
