It does. Try searching the roof tops of city halls, the library in Sabina, the art gallery in Sabina and the museum in Sabina.

I fond one in the bigger school (the one in Etanovsk).

I am still yet to find this or the third metal book. I generally farm Vlad and Sabina but no luck yet.

Moderators, a little help here would be nice? Anywhere in particular, or whether there is a 'best' spawn place for it.

I think all special books have the same spawn rate.
I, for example, found the tires book at first.

If you didn't find a specific book for a long time, you are just very unlucky

there is not one single player on our sever that has found this book, we have all spent many many hours/days and nothing. How can it be that out of 15 or so players not one single person has found it???

I have found all 3 metal books, so its just this last book. Its becoming a joke, like the Pyramid BP

I had a look yesterday around vlad too for an hour - as you guessed... no rubber tyres book!

so far today, 3 hours and nothing.... Devs, Please help us out here. All our other skills are as good as maxed on most of our players yet this skill
