• Patient 0... where?

So, now that the wiki has been updated again (first time in 2 months but it HAS been updated) - it refers to being eaten by Patient 0. Has anyone come across him or what he looks like?

Ive read that he is taller and has been seen in Sabina but this was on a foreign site... can anyone confirm this at all?

It can be server admin in his special role, so if you kill him, while he trying to get antidot in Sabina lab, he is becoming Patient ZERO and gives u local ban and there is no cure against it enen in lab or sector B.

'Special role'? What special role can an admin play? Admin server in Sabina Lab? A local ban?
