I'm going to be getting back into the Origins scene. Last time I played it was still under gamersplatoons control and they weren't releasing shit. They had just added Novistrana and I played that for about 6 months before quitting. It seems you guys have added quite a lot and I am happy to see that. Just curious how that transfer occurred.
Edit: Spelling and grammar.
When did Gamers Platoon hand over the rights to Origins?

When did Gamers Platoon or whoever hand over the rights to Orgins?
2014 Gamersplatoon stopped support and development
(http://gamersplatoon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16450)
A lot of legal issues with Bohemia
(for details check fb posts from dev team ~ summer 2014 https://www.facebook.com/originsmod)
GameSpy shutdown and Bohemia stopped supporting the arma2 beta patch origins was using --> new arma version and steam hosting
So i guess from 1.7.9 - 1.8.2 it was just the dev team working on the mod (https://www.facebook.com/ripthrough/) without big company support.
Servers are hosted at LFS (http://lagfreeservers.com/) and Multiplayer via Steam nowadays.
