Hoping someone could answer these questions.

1. What is the most valuable item i can trade?
2. What is the most common valuable item i can trade?

Being a solo player is it quite difficult to get use out of the traders and it seems you need to sell so much stuff to get something you need.

Any tips?

i cant really answer both questions,
but ammo is always a good idea.

low weight, only one or two slots and kind of high value.
the 200 rounds m249 mags are my favorite (i dont play saw anyway)

Yes, if you trade cement bags or reinforced metal, you get a good amount but it weighs a lot. I tend to trade these and STANAG mags as you can carry a lot of these.

Wheel clamps trade pretty well last time i checked. But like andex said, m249 & m240 belts are good for trade along with just about any rifle ammo.

Any flying fortress items seem to trade well so if you see any, its worth picking them up.
