Server admins: Most Common Rules

I am looking for a list of most common server rules and why.
Any admins could you please post your rules list and everyone can compare.
I'd like to get an idea of what acts server admins are trying to combat against.
Ours are:
This is a PVP server.
Don't abuse side chat. Don't troll side chat
Don't voice over side chat unless an admin says you may.
Don't interfere with a person running a mission.
Don't steal the loot
Don't camp the reward box
Don't take advantage of game glitches. Building inside or into stationary objects or any other action the admins determine as being "un-intentional feature".
Don't glitch into/over/around/through bases.
Don't "jet ram"/kamakasi into vehicles in bases
Hacking of any kind. Duping, vehicle repairing, tele-porting, god mode, aim bot etc.
Don't lock the excavators
Base raiding and camping are allowed.
Stealing is allowed
