Hello Everyone,

It has come to my attention that some people feel that the lock system should be turned off therefore could I ask you all to vote for whether or not you would like the lock system to be on the server.

I liked the idea of the lock system at first but now as I write...my boat now being locked by my house ironically...I vote for the lock system to be turned off. The excitement of stealing a chopper...a boat...a car and speeding away with all the stuff that a group has spent hours looting is now gone...finding a hidden chopper or car in the forest and having a hope of actually acquire transportation is gone now...they are locked...actually it seems every vehicle is locked and although I like the security of my houses and garages being locked (please never touch that) I think the experiment of locking vehicles should end...other than houses and possibly a thing called the flying fortress everything should be open season...this is an easy one for anyone who has played the game and understands the dynamics of Origins....


...How about this as an alternative....in real life when you have electrical problems with ur car or ur chopper..lol... you need to fix it...why don't we require electrical circuits to be necessary to fix choppers and land vehicles except maybe the motorbike and the hippie dune buggy thing...this way the circuits are still valuable and relevant in the game...if we take away the lock system ..which we should...it does take away a dynamic that I have really started enjoying .namely....looking for valuable circuits in the forests.... I think its an important element that the circuits remain an interesting and important loot for everyone...

so remove the locks on vehicles.... but still retain the relevance of electrical circuits but making them a mandatory component to fix up cars and choppers...and possibly the sub and Rhib...just a side note..... how about also adding the chance of finding some good ammo..a pda.. or a decent gun in one of the boxes.. occasionally. if they are not spawning electrical circuits that restart.
