I think there are only two knowing the truth. One of them is the Lead Developer and he said there is one!
Its a really really hard quest. :/

So here is something big, i think

i opened the origins mod .pbo files and found inside the directory for the buildable structures like houses/garages/towers the 3d model for a object called kingpyramid.

I can't open it with an editor because of its DRM, but it must be the pyramid's 3d model.

So the pyramid is in the game.

I can upload a screenshot for conformation if needed.

yes, so i would say it isn't a hoax at least.
and gerix said that you can obtain the bp.

maybe we need someone who is experienced in modding arma2.
he could tell us, which conditions/states are requestable on the server side.
is it possible to check if a player is killed inside a defined radius with a defined weapon and to use this as trigger for an item spawn and so on.........

i dont think the bp spawns at any location and you just have to be lucky enough to find it. Otherwise if only one player finds it and shares the location, the servers would be full of pyramids.

i have a promising idea, i will check it out the next days

i'm using eliteness, too, but i only get an empty file except for a "-"

u need to have eliteness 2.91 or higher.
