Server is set up but don't know how to schedule restarts.

I would like to have my server restart every 4 hours, just after sunrise.. Is this the default or do I need to set this somehow? I don't see any options to schedule a restart and Im not sure how to use scheduled tasks if that's what I need to do.

Im a little confused here. Do the 15min and 5 min Scheduled tasks actually put out the warnings and do the restart or just the warnings and you still have to do a regular scheduled restart task as well?

They do warnings and the restarts

I have the 15min one that runs every 6 hours (Yes, I do 6 hourly restarts)
It warns at 15 minutes, then 5 minutes, and every minute after that.
When time runs out, the server reboots
