Cant get into the Lab

Has anyone else come across not being able to get into the lab? We cant get in on our sever and its driving me mad.

Yes well aware of that, done the lab a ton of times before, but now, I got down the first set of stairs and cant go any further

Never had this before, but I have not been to the lab in ages, will have to test later today after work.
Does anyone know if there has been a server hotfix perhaps?
I know someone pointed out a bug where you fall through the floor somewhere at the entrance, and the devs might have tried to fix this, but inadvertently closed it up! :-O
