Level 2 E.Nest Foundation Bug

I put down my level 2 Hero E.Nest foundation and it spawned on the ground next to the ladder of my level 1 Hero E.Nest, not on top. This has been after about 2 days and a good bit of restarts. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f ... =449224277
