DEVs help, please. I can't build the stronghold

Hi,
I hope the DEVs can help us in this situation.

We've been trying to build the stronghold, but everytime we try it says: "To build a stronghold, you need to be at least 150 meters away from city". The twist is that we built our base at the volcano of Mitrovice, there is not any city nearby. Something is counting as a city, we dont know what.

Some features of our base:
We have 5 towers and 4 safes, I don't know if they count as city.

This is weird, are you allowed to build another building or is it just with the stronghold ?
Campfire are considered as a city, if you find one destroy it.

Yes, we can still build other things, but the stronghold we can't. There's no campfire.

If we move about 50 m away outside the fence we can build the stronghold, but we reserved a place inside the fence to build the SH, that's not fair we can't build it there.

You have to be 150 meters from anything when building it. the fences and stuff could be the issue, you cant be near trees or deer stands. so the fences could be your issue.

63 180, nice place near MItro, I think it's borders or Vphysics of Vulcano, did u try build some fortresses near spawn Vulcano? ^^

Yes, outside the fence closer to the volcano it is possible to build it.
