How to get the normal Resolution PMC skin [SOLVED]

Hello again, so this time i got this minor issue, no biggie, just that the PMC skins in the game look like someone budged their index finger in a triple-bladed blender and hoped gold would spur from it as they push the start button, they look awfully low resolution, in the past it was recommended you install the Arma 2 PMC and the problem would disappear, PMC textures becoming normal, now i do have the PMC installed but skins are still low res. Any particular fix for this? Also i run all this through Steam, PMC being installed on Steam.

When you run ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead (without Origins mod, or any other mod) and the main menu comes up, does it show that you have PMC installed?
There will be a logo at the bottom left of your screen

I have PMC and BAF installed, both show as installed, and textures show up correctly.

I get what you want me to do, problem is i remove the launch options from steam i also remove the Beta, and still Dayz Origins menu shows up instead of Arma OA. How do i remove the mod as to work in OA without having to completely move or delete the mod?

So another way to fix this without having to remove the mod or move it so you could access the expansions options is to run PMC and BAF just once, moment in which they will show up an update window, after the update the games are basically already in the expansions tab and the textures are displayed correctly. So its not enough to just install them on Steam you also have to run them once so they get validated in the Expansions tab. Sorry for wasting your time Tim. Cheers

you need a tool like notepad++. go to your mydocuments/Arma2/XY.cfg and open it via notepad++.

in the middle or at the bottom (i dont know it exactly atm) you see DayZOrigins somewhere. remove the line (save the whole cfg in the beginning first! backup) with dayzorigins. start the game.
